My Story
Coming from a small country town in NSW I have always had a love for sports. I was a high level soccer player until a knee injury derailed my sporting career. However this was probably one of the best things that happened to me as it set me on a quest to improve my physical health through exercise to build the healthiest injury resilient body I could. In 2008 I opened the first Anytime Fitness in Australia and have worked in gyms for Anytime Fitness across not only Australia but New Zealand and the United States. In 2024 I was awarded Anytime Fitness PT of the year and in the last 18 years I have trained hundreds of clients and have over 20,000 hours of in person coaching of clients from ages 10-85. I have a strong passion in Strength, Rehabilitation, Injury Prevention and creating a body that is resilient strong and allows us to enjoy life confidently and happily. I have 2 young children who keep me active outside the gym and living in Ballarat we make the most of the outdoors whenever the weather allows. I would love the opportunity to help you be the best version of yourself so you can enjoy life in the most active and energetic way possible.
