Thanks for stopping by my page. With so many fitness pages out there, it can be confusing to know where to go. The fitness world is filled with information and misinformation, making it hard to know what to believe. What I want to offer you is a path to a healthier, happier life—no cheap talk of fast results or washboard abs from some fad workout. I aim to help you understand the true importance of health and fitness in your life.

Above all, I want you to know that you have a coach invested in your results who actually trains clients in person. I'm in the gym daily, not just offering advice from behind a laptop like many in the industry do these days.

 My Story

I grew up in the countryside of Northern NSW with a love for all sports, especially soccer, which I played at a representative level until I tore my ACL and realized that dream was over.

During my recovery, I discovered the mental benefits of fitness, which ignited my passion and led to my profession. I became the first employee of Anytime Fitness Australia in 2008.

Since then, I've worked in clubs across Australia, helping people transform their lives through exercise. Now, I reside in Ballarat with my partner and two young kids, who help keep me young at heart! In 2024 I was lucky enough to be named Anytime Fitness Australia PT of the Year!
