I work with everyday people- parents, professionals, older adults and those returning from injury who want to feel capable in their bodies again.

 

My coaching blends strength training, movement education and long term progression to help clients build resilience on top of  burning calories.

 

I am a Ballarat local and enjoy helping people not only within my community but from anywhere build a stronger body to enhance their life. I was lucky enough to win 2024 PT of the Year and would love to help you on your journey.
