Well Here We Are!

Welcome to my very first blog! If you had asked me 15 years ago, I would have never imagined that I'd be here, creating a website and writing a blog. I may not be the most tech-savvy person out there, but I'm eager to learn, and I appreciate your patience as I embark on this digital journey. With this blog, I aim to share my experiences, knowledge, and the amazing stories of my clients, who have been the driving force behind my journey in the fitness industry.


My Fitness Journey:

My adventure in the world of fitness began as the manager of the first Anytime Fitness in Australia, nestled in the small and charming town of Gunnedah. Gunnedah is famous for koalas, the supermodel Miranda Kerr, and not much else. It was my home for most of my life, a place where I took my first steps into the fitness world. Little did I know that my career would lead me to travel across Australia, New Zealand, and even the United States, working in gyms far and wide. Eventually, I settled in the unexpected location of Ballarat, Victoria, in 2011, and it has been my home ever since.

In 2015, I took the leap to start my own venture, Performance Integrated Training. Over the years, I've had the privilege of training numerous clients from diverse backgrounds, each with unique health and fitness goals. My training philosophy is simple: safety, effectiveness, and motivation. I believe in training in a way that keeps you safe, makes you stronger, and keeps you determined to continue your fitness journey.


The Purpose of this Blog:

The primary purpose of this blog is to share the wealth of knowledge and insights I've gained throughout my career. It's an opportunity for me to showcase the incredible transformations and success stories of my clients, who inspire me every day. They are the driving force behind my decision to join the digital age and create this website.

But more than that, I'm here because I genuinely want to help. I want to assist anyone who reads this blog in achieving a better, healthier life through health and fitness. I'm excited to share my experiences, tips, and advice with you, and I hope that my journey and the stories of my clients can motivate and guide you on your own path to health and well-being.
