Cancellation Policy
To cancel a fitness session, you must provide 24 hours notice. This allows us to make necessary adjustments to our schedule and gives other clients an opportunity to book that slot. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise. If you have a legitimate reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the situation.
